PcHelpMan® was started in 1998 by Stephen Freedman BSc (Hons). Post graduation, he saw a huge gap in the market for the supply of much needed IT support to local businesses and individuals in their homes.
Stephen built the business slowly and he was careful to stay close to his customers. The success of PcHelpMan® has been built on a strong ethos to deliver a personal and holistic service to clients, with no ‘buck passing’ and complete customer satisfaction. Now 19 years on, PcHelpMan® is happier than ever to help businesses and individuals with all of their IT needs.
